Job Description
Pre-Sales Systems Engineering Manager at HPE leading technical strategy and execution for enterprise networking solutions. Overseeing pre-sales activities and ensuring high-quality solution delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of Sales Engineers, driving technical strategy and execution across customer engagements while partnering closely with sales, product, and leadership teams.
- Oversee pre-sales activities, ensure delivery of high-quality solution designs, and support the team in achieving revenue goals and exceptional customer outcomes.
Requirements:
- University or Bachelor's degree; advanced or Master's degree preferred.
- Proven success in Sales Engineering or technical pre-sales, with 8-10 years of experience guiding technical strategy, supporting complex customer engagements, and collaborating effectively across teams.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor others, drive customer outcomes, and contribute to a high-performing team environment.
