Job Description
Trainer developing skills in IT system integration at WBS TRAINING. Focused on competency development through engaging teaching methods and innovative learning environments.
Responsibilities:
- As an employee of WBS TRAINING, you represent your field with passion and foresight
- In your role as an instructor, the primary objective is the competence development of course participants
- In your lesson design you see yourself both as a content provider and as support in the role of a learning coach — Learning 4.0!
- This includes subject-related instruction from the home office in the WBS LearnSpace 3D®
- Application of various teaching methods for lesson design
- Preparation and development of lesson-related learning materials according to the curriculum
- Conducting assessments to measure competence gains
Requirements:
- Vocational training as an IT Specialist in System Integration or equivalent
- At least 5 years of verifiable professional experience
- Professional experience in configuring and administering MS Servers
- Knowledge of virtualization (Hyper-V) and Linux is an advantage
- AI and ChatGPT are of interest to you and can be well integrated into teaching
- Experience as a trainer, lecturer, instructor, or teacher is advantageous
- Proof of pedagogical qualification (e.g., trainer certificate according to AEVO)
- Methodical and didactic skill in conveying teaching content
- Independent, structured working style with a high degree of personal responsibility
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team
