Join YDUQS as a Systems Analyst focusing on Power BI support and maintenance. Tackle BI challenges to enhance educational success.

Analyze and resolve incidents related to data refreshes, integration failures, and gateway issues;
Analyze and resolve issues related to dashboard performance;
Monitor and resolve dataset and dataflow refresh failures;
Investigate and fix problems in data flows and integrations;
Configure the Power BI Gateway to ensure refresh availability;
Create and adjust data models and transformations using Power Query (M);
Develop and maintain measures and calculations using DAX;
Work with data integration from analytical environments such as Data Lakes or relational databases;
Support internal teams and squads with proposals for technical improvements;
Participate in technical meetings to discuss governance and operational efficiency improvements;
Act as a technically proactive reference for squads in both problem analysis and failure monitoring;
Communicate in a clear, concise, and objective manner;
Present effectively to large audiences;
Work well under pressure and as part of a team.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field;
Experience with Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service;
Experience in support and maintenance of Power BI reports;
Knowledge of DAX;
Experience with Power Query (M);
Experience analyzing and resolving incidents in BI environments;
Experience with data modeling (Star Schema);
Experience configuring and maintaining Power BI Gateway;
Knowledge of data visualization best practices.
Considered a plus:
Knowledge of ETL/ELT processes;
Experience with Power BI Dataflows;
Experience monitoring data pipelines;
Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst (PL-300) certification;
Experience in enterprise BI environments with a large user base;
Experience supporting analytical environments integrated with Data Lakes or data platforms;
Experience with data governance in BI;
Experience with Databricks.
