Job Description
Senior Manager - Substation Physical Engineer leading projects in substation design for ANS. Overseeing teams and driving innovation in the renewables industry.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strong leadership, overseeing team management, staffing, planning, training, and resource development
- Work closely with internal stakeholders across multiple departments
- Stay open to new ideas, technologies, and ways of working
Requirements:
- BS in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution or equivalent Engineering BS degree. Preference to Power specific programs.
- Professional Engineer License
- 12+ years of experience in substation design and engineering.
- Ability to Travel 25%+ and hold a Passport
- Not Required but Bonus Points for: Being fluent in Spanish
