Job Description
Principal Product Designer at a profitable fintech company designing financial solutions for underserved communities. Leading product design initiatives and advocating user insights within a senior team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end product design for our Card Platform
- Support design needs for Trust & Invest business
- Drive customer insight and research initiatives
- Advocate for user perspective in cross-functional discussions
- Represent design in client-facing settings
Requirements:
- 8+ years of product design experience
- Experience in fintech or financial services is a plus
- Strong end-to-end design skills
- Comfortable presenting design decisions to stakeholders
- Familiarity with AI-powered product features is a plus
