Job Description
Staff Product Designer reimagining real estate agent experiences for Latin America’s largest housing platform. Creating AI-enhanced, high-usability tools and prototypes with Product, Engineering, and Operations.
Responsibilities:
- Reimagine the real estate Agents experience.
- Build tools that make Agents highly efficient and capable of delivering excellent user experiences.
- Raise the bar for visual and interaction design across the Agents' ecosystem.
- Create refined, beautiful, and highly usable interfaces beyond the Design System.
- Build fast, functional prototypes to validate hypotheses with the Agent community.
- Incorporate AI tools into the daily workflow to increase speed, quality, and iteration cycles.
- Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Product Management.
- Translate complex business rules and operational needs into tangible solutions.
- Work at a strategic layer with Product and Engineering leadership.
Requirements:
- Solid experience as a Staff or Senior Staff Product Designer, capable of delivering at a very high level from day one.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional UI/Visual Design and complex problem-solving.
- Prior experience designing internal tools, B2B platforms, or solutions for specialized professional audiences (nice to have).
- Experience working directly with AI-driven products or a deep understanding of integrating Artificial Intelligence features into user experiences (nice to have).
- Strong track record of connecting design deliverables and visual refinements directly to core business metrics and operational efficiency (nice to have).
- Negotiation skills to bridge complex Operations requirements and Engineering feasibility through tangible design artifacts (nice to have).
- Advanced English skills (nice to have).
