Job Description
Principal Product Manager at Greenhouse leading the MyGreenhouse candidate-facing product experience. Building AI-powered tools to change how millions find jobs.
Responsibilities:
- own the product roadmap for the candidate-facing MyGreenhouse experience
- build and ship AI-powered experiences for jobseekers
- establish a consumer growth engine
- pioneer a new discovery motion with jobseekers
- shape the broader MyGreenhouse vision
- partner with Engineering, Design, and Product Marketing
- elevate the product org's AI capabilities
- additional projects and responsibilities as business needs evolve
Requirements:
- 8+ years of product management experience
- 5+ years in B2C or consumer environments
- demonstrated success building, either at a startup or launching a net-new product line within an established company
- deep experience with high-volume, self-serve consumer platforms
- hands-on experience building and shipping AI/ML-powered products
- mastery of experimentation and growth practices
- strong product sense and strategic thinking
- exceptional communication skills
- proven ability to operate in high-ambiguity environments
- experience with AI-native product development workflows and tools
