Job Description
Product Manager responsible for core product areas related to asset onboarding and compliance in a blockchain context. Collaborating with multiple teams to manage deliverables and priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Define and own the product roadmap and prioritization for your area, balancing user needs, regulatory constraints, and business goals.
- Write clear specs, PRDs, and success metrics; run sprint planning and grooming with engineering.
- Partner with Legal/Compliance early and often, since most Plume products sit at the intersection of blockchain and securities regulation.
- Work with Business Development to scope integration requirements for issuers, custodians, and institutional partners.
- Define and track product KPIs (activation, TVL growth, retention, transaction success rates); report on progress to leadership.
- Run competitive analysis across the tokenized RWA landscape (Ondo, Superstate, BUIDL, OpenEden, Midas, etc.) to inform positioning and roadmap bets.
- Represent the voice of the user internally and act as the final decision-maker on product tradeoffs within your area.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of product management experience, ideally with at least one 0→1 or 1→n product launch.
- Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous, cross-functional problems into a shippable roadmap.
- Strong technical fluency — comfortable in architecture discussions with engineers even without a CS background.
- Excellent written communication; able to produce crisp specs and align stakeholders without excessive meetings.
- Analytical rigor: comfortable defining metrics, reading dashboards, and making data-informed calls.
- Preferred Experience
- Prior PM experience in crypto/DeFi, fintech, or another highly regulated product space.
- Working knowledge of tokenization, custody, smart contract architecture, or securities/compliance frameworks (Reg D, Reg S, FATCA/CRS, KYC/AML).
- Experience shipping products with external enterprise or institutional partners, not just direct-to-consumer.
- Familiarity with Solidity/EVM concepts sufficient to scope technical tradeoffs with engineering.
Benefits:
- Health insurance
- Retirement plans
- Paid time off
- Flexible work arrangements
- Professional development opportunities
