Job Description

Product Designer at a fintech improving credit access in Brazil. Focusing on user-centered design and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate in building briefs, understanding problems, and defining solutions;
  • Design user flows and journeys, ensuring clarity and a strong user experience;
  • Support the definition and maintenance of the product communication strategy, in partnership with design, product, and content teams;
  • Ensure visual and textual consistency across screens, flows, and interactions;
  • Make decisions based on quantitative and qualitative data, using design methods and theories to inform choices;
  • Participate in user research, testing, and validation;
  • Share knowledge with the squad, contributing to the maturation of the design team.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience and technical skills;
  • Established experience as a Product Designer at a Specialist level;
  • Strong command of Information Architecture and the design of complex flows;
  • Practical experience in UX design applied to digital products;
  • Experience with UX Writing, microcopy, and tone-of-voice definition is a plus;
  • Experience or interest in Conversational Design (e.g., guided flows, smart forms, assistants, chatbots) is a plus;
  • Proficiency in Figma, with organization, standardization, and prototyping best practices;
  • Ability to prototype functional solutions following design best practices;
  • Experience in user research and testing (usability tests, A/B tests, qualitative and quantitative validations);
  • Proven use of AI in the design process (discovery, ideation, writing, prototyping, or testing);
  • Experience working with agile methodologies and adapting to changes throughout the process.
