Product Designer working on digital products at a growing tech startup. Collaborating with teams to enhance user experience and product design.

Work across the full design process, from discovery and research through high-fidelity design, prototyping, and delivery.
Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering to define solutions, flows, and experiences, ensuring alignment between design, technology, and product goals.
Translate complex problems into simple, functional, user-centered solutions.
Use and actively contribute to the evolution of the Design System and component library.
Ensure consistency, scalability, and visual, interaction, and usability quality across all deliverables.
Create clear documentation and support efficient handoff flows to engineering.
Participate in user research, usability testing, and qualitative and quantitative analyses.
Turn insights into practical, well-founded solutions.
Work iteratively, testing hypotheses and refining solutions based on continuous feedback.
Work collaboratively with Product, Engineering, Data, and other teams.
Take part in design discussions and presentations, communicating decisions and rationale clearly.
Collaborate with brand and marketing teams to ensure coherence between product, visual identity, and experience.

Experience in digital product design, with a focus on user-centered and data-informed design.
A strong portfolio demonstrating process, systems thinking, and products in production.
Proficiency with Figma, including prototyping, components, and using design systems.
Experience with discovery, usability testing, and iteration based on real user feedback.
Solid knowledge of interaction design, information architecture, accessibility, and responsive design.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work in multidisciplinary environments.
