Job Description
Product Engineer scaling React and NestJS internal tools for Luxury Presence's AI growth platform. Automating operations for sales, customer success, onboarding, and engineering teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead internal product development by partnering with Customer Success, Sales, Onboarding, and Engineering
- Identify operational bottlenecks and design high-leverage internal tools
- Architect and scale the Scout internal platform across the full stack
- Integrate React frontends, NestJS backends, CRM, data warehouse, and communication platforms
- Use AI agents to write, review, and ship production code
- Scope business needs, design solutions, and deliver internal tools end-to-end
- Support internal teams by automating bottlenecks and improving client service
Requirements:
- Extensive experience as a Senior or Staff-level full-stack engineer in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Deep expertise in TypeScript, Node.js, and React
- Experience building scalable backend services; NestJS preferred
- Experience designing robust GraphQL APIs using code-first resolvers
- Strong database fundamentals using Sequelize over PostgreSQL
- Experience writing integration tests against real databases
- Comfortable operating in a modern DevOps environment with feature flags, rigorous testing, and solid observability
- Deep experience with AI development workflows and tools such as Claude Code and Cursor
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of open-ended business challenges
