Job Description
Product Management Intern supporting Laku6’s AI-first electronics recommerce platform. Gathering requirements, analyzing product metrics, and assisting launches, roadmaps, and usability improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Support the product team in collaborating with users, internal teams, and external partners to gather feedback and translate it into clear product requirements
- Assist with stakeholder inquiries and identify simple internal process issues and improvement opportunities
- Support product development sprints and follow up on engineering and design task progress
- Help prepare user stories, test cases, and release notes
- Collaborate with operations, marketing, engineering, and customer support on product launches and issue tracking
- Assist with usability tests, user feedback collection, and insight compilation
- Monitor key product metrics, perform basic data analysis, and prepare reports
- Assist in evaluating user behavior, experiments, and performance trends
- Help organize and maintain the product roadmap and document feature ideas, enhancements, and feedback
- Conduct basic research on industry trends and competitor products and summarize findings
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong interest in product management, technology, e-commerce, or user experience
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel)
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken
- Curious, self-driven, proactive, and willing to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of product workflows (requirements, wireframes, QA) is a plus
- Experience with Figma, diagramming tools, or prototyping tools is a plus but not required
- Passion for the re-commerce and e-commerce industry is a strong advantage
