Job Description
Product Manager developing broker features for Finanzen Gruppe, a German fintech supporting investment decisions and securities trading. Owning discovery, delivery, and data-driven optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Further develop the broker used by hundreds of thousands of people to trade and build wealth
- Take responsibility for an initiative or several work packages within a larger project, working closely with a Senior Product Manager
- Develop features related to portfolios and savings
- Improve trading and order flows
- Develop new products, asset classes, and AI-powered features
- Own initiatives from ideation through launch and continued development
- Conduct user interviews, analyze data, and validate hypotheses before implementation
- Collaborate with Design and Engineering to define scope, write user stories, maintain the backlog, and accept features
- Set clear goals, measure impact after launch, and optimize based on data
- Use AI in day-to-day work and contribute AI ideas for the product
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of product management experience in the capital markets sector
- Curiosity and a genuine desire to understand what customers need when trading and investing
- A structured, hands-on approach to getting things done, even when challenges arise
- Eagerness to learn and grow into greater responsibility
- Passion for trading and investing – this is essential
