Job Description
Product Manager overseeing product lifecycle for Y-USA's technical products including Salesforce platforms. Collaborating with stakeholders to align product strategy with user needs and organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for assigned products using the AIPMM framework.
- Define product requirements, functional specifications, and business requirements.
- Manage cross-department intake for new needs, enhancements, and issues.
- Create and maintain product roadmaps aligned with organizational strategy.
- Establish product KPIs and monitor product health; report on performance and outcomes.
- Translate requirements into actionable backlog items in Azure DevOps, including epics, features, and user stories.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and iterative delivery with development teams.
- Partner with stakeholders to validate requirements and ensure user needs are accurately represented.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field such as Business, or related disciplines required.
- 2-4 years of experience required
- Minimum 3+ years of experience leading Salesforce-based initiatives from a product or solutioning perspective (not solely as an administrator or developer).
- Strong working knowledge of: Salesforce data model (objects, relationships, standard vs. custom objects), Core configuration concepts (flows, validation rules, automation, security model)
- Experience guiding delivery teams without direct hands-on configuration responsibility.
- Proven ability to partner effectively with Salesforce administrators and developers, particularly in environments with limited platform support.
