Job Description
Product Manager owning AI-powered Call Intelligence products for Weave, which helps healthcare practices convert calls into appointments. Driving strategy, analytics, discovery, and execution across India and the United States.
Responsibilities:
- Define product strategy, roadmap, and measurable outcomes for Call Intelligence
- Understand healthcare-practice workflows involving inbound calls, appointment conversion, staff coaching, and revenue follow-up
- Lead customer and internal discovery and convert evidence into product decisions
- Partner with engineering, data, ML, and design teams to ship analytics and AI-assisted workflows
- Improve activation, adoption, retention, and customer-perceived value through instrumentation, experiments, and workflow improvements
- Make trade-offs across data quality, model quality, integrations, usability, and speed
- Create alignment across distributed teams through written communication, decision records, and outcome-driven planning
- Report to the Director of Product, Call Intelligence
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, analytics, AI/ML, workflow automation, or communications software
- Demonstrated ownership of customer-facing products from discovery through launch and iteration
- Strong data fluency, including SQL, product analytics, dashboards, and quantitative analysis
- Experience defining product metrics, evaluating experiments, and connecting product behavior to business outcomes
- Technical fluency in APIs, integrations, data flows, event instrumentation, and practical AI/ML system limitations
- Ability to work closely with engineering and data teams in distributed or cross-time-zone environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to create structure from ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and drive execution without formal authority
- Background check completion required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and able to provide valid Form I-9 documentation
