Job Description
Product Manager integrating broker research content for AlphaSense, an AI-powered market intelligence platform. Managing data partnerships, agile delivery, roadmaps, and content launches.
Responsibilities:
- Integrate and maintain third-party content and data feeds end-to-end
- Work with external and internal stakeholders to create detailed requirements for broker data and content
- Collect product and workflow enhancement requests from brokers and internal stakeholders
- Apply agile development methodology and work iteratively with engineers and stakeholders to define scope and rapidly deliver features and improvements
- Analyze broker research processes and tools to identify gaps and improvement areas
- Manage broker and independent research relationships with key decision makers across product, business, technology, and operations
- Project manage partnership initiatives with research providers
- Create and manage a project roadmap, optimizing implementation costs, benefits, and timelines
- Contribute to successful content launches, including announcements, marketing collateral, documentation, and user training
- Track industry trends and deliver competitive intelligence to evolve product vision
Requirements:
- 3-5 years’ experience in financial services with a specific focus on broker research
- Strong knowledge of broker data, content, and metadata
- Content delivery experience using iterative / agile development methodologies
- Proven track record of delivering content from initial engagement to release
- Ability to set priorities, stay focused and meet deadlines
- Experience working with distributed teams
- Existing relationships with broker research departments and key third-party distribution vendors
- Strong analytical skills and outstanding attention to detail
- B2B SaaS and/or enterprise software application company experience
- Solid experience with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace products (Excel, Word, Sheets, etc)
