Job Description
Product Manager owning AI browser extensions and features for Sprinto’s autonomous trust platform. Taking products from first principles through customer POCs, launch, and adoption.
Responsibilities:
- Own Sprinto's AI browser extensions and AI features end to end as their business owner
- Define problem statements from first principles and determine what to build, why, and for whom
- Build the product and take it to first customers through hands-on one-on-one work toward a successful POC
- Drive distribution and adoption by partnering with CX, Sales, and Marketing
- Own accuracy and quality for AI-driven features and improve output reliability post-launch
- Set direction for the product stream and remain accountable for outcomes
- Sprinto provides an Autonomous Trust Platform that centralizes trust requirements across security frameworks, vendors, and customers
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS
- Business-owner mindset focused on customer outcomes, adoption, and impact
- Strong first-principles and structured thinking
- Ability to break down ambiguous problem spaces and build a path from idea to launch
- Comfortable running customer discovery, POCs, and feedback loops directly with early users
- Cross-functional collaboration with CX, Sales, and Marketing from product build through go-to-market
- Comfortable with a fast, high-ownership environment
- AI product experience is a strong plus, not a requirement
