Job Description
Product Manager enhancing gamification features for online gaming company focused on Latin America. Collaborating cross-functionally and optimizing player engagement metrics.
Responsibilities:
- Drive, develop, and continuously improve the Gamification System in close collaboration with the CRM team;
- Design, launch, and optimize Missions, Tournaments, Loyalty Stores, and Achievement Progression mechanics;
- Lead R&D initiatives for new interactive and engagement-driven features;
- Create hypotheses, run A/B tests, and validate new mechanics using data-driven insights;
- Ensure flawless functionality and stability of all product features;
- Act as the first line of defense in identifying, documenting, and resolving technical issues before they affect the player experience;
- Serve as a technical bridge between CRM, engineering, and product teams;
- Ensure marketing initiatives are scalable, feasible, and aligned with system architecture;
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize core product KPIs, including Retention, Churn Rate, Engagement, and player lifecycle metrics;
- Maintain high product quality across releases and system updates.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Product Management within iGaming
- Hands-on experience with gamification systems, loyalty mechanics, bonus engines, or reward-based features
- Strong understanding of product integrity, feature quality, and release control
- Confident usage of Jira and Confluence for task and documentation management
- Ability to analyze logs and understand API integrations at a high level
- Proven analytical mindset with focus on root-cause analysis and long-term solutions
- Experience working with product KPIs such as Retention, Churn Rate, and Engagement.
