Job Description
Product Manager owning zero-to-one product strategy, delivery, and customer growth outcomes at Hilbert. Shaping data, ML, and agentic infrastructure for B2C teams across LATAM.
Responsibilities:
- Own the product roadmap end-to-end, from synthesizing complex problems through shipped product and measured business impact
- Engage directly with customers to understand their domain and uncover high-impact growth opportunities
- Act as a trusted product advisor to customers
- Track and prioritize customer requests across accounts and topics
- Make trade-offs explicit and maintain a trusted roadmap across the company
- Define success metrics for shipped work and connect product outcomes to customer KPIs and company OKRs
- Partner with software, ML/AI, and data engineers to scope work and ship quickly
- Prototype products when useful
- Travel regularly to work directly with customers across LATAM, particularly during onboarding, implementation, and key deployment milestones
- Collaborate with Hilbert teams across the US and Europe
Requirements:
- 8+ years as a product manager
- At least one product taken from zero to one
- Engineers or data scientists who became PMs are especially welcome
- Ability to operate autonomously, navigate ambiguity, and make sound decisions without perfect information
- Strong technical foundation
- Comfortable with SQL, data pipelines, and data warehouses such as Snowflake and BigQuery
- Able to participate in architecture and modeling discussions with engineers
- Sound judgment on AI products, including evaluations, non-determinism, and determining when a model is good enough to ship
- Clear and compelling communication across engineering, go-to-market, and customer stakeholders
- Customer empathy paired with commercial instinct
- Comfort working across time zones
- Flexibility around where the future LATAM hub ultimately takes shape
