Job Description

Product Manager owning zero-to-one product strategy, delivery, and customer growth outcomes at Hilbert. Shaping data, ML, and agentic infrastructure for B2C teams across LATAM.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage directly with customers to understand their domain and uncover high-impact growth opportunities
  • Act as a trusted product advisor to customers
  • Track and prioritize customer requests across accounts and topics
  • Make trade-offs explicit and maintain a trusted roadmap across the company
  • Define success metrics for shipped work and connect product outcomes to customer KPIs and company OKRs
  • Partner with software, ML/AI, and data engineers to scope work and ship quickly
  • Prototype products when useful
  • Travel regularly to work directly with customers across LATAM, particularly during onboarding, implementation, and key deployment milestones
  • Collaborate with Hilbert teams across the US and Europe

Requirements:

  • 8+ years as a product manager
  • At least one product taken from zero to one
  • Engineers or data scientists who became PMs are especially welcome
  • Ability to operate autonomously, navigate ambiguity, and make sound decisions without perfect information
  • Strong technical foundation
  • Comfortable with SQL, data pipelines, and data warehouses such as Snowflake and BigQuery
  • Able to participate in architecture and modeling discussions with engineers
  • Sound judgment on AI products, including evaluations, non-determinism, and determining when a model is good enough to ship
  • Clear and compelling communication across engineering, go-to-market, and customer stakeholders
  • Customer empathy paired with commercial instinct
  • Comfort working across time zones
  • Flexibility around where the future LATAM hub ultimately takes shape

Benefits:

  • Equity package
  • Performance-based bonuses tied to project milestones and customer impact
  • Remote work at the start of the role
  • Travel opportunities to work directly with customers across LATAM
  • Potential future relocation within Latin America as the LATAM hub develops
