  • Sequence work based on dependencies in partnership with each stage’s business owner
  • Run cross-workstream discovery and synthesis with leads across demand generation, Salesforce, ERP, field operations, and billing
  • Build and validate dependency maps between workstreams
  • Write business cases for make-versus-buy decisions and specifications for shared dependencies and integration points
  • Partner with CRM and ERP implementation partners and Anova’s data and analytics team to create buildable, sequenced work
  • Define and instrument adoption and outcome metrics with the analytics team
  • Manage shared dependencies including pricebook consolidation, account data quality, and clean order data
  • Drive resolution of blockers before they affect milestones
  • Guide AI sequencing and decide what should be built once and reused across stages
  • Make build-versus-buy decisions involving common tools, custom APIs, dashboards, or agentic workflows
  • Represent Lead-to-Value in executive reporting and quarterly strategic planning
  • Partner with IT on workspace tooling governance and system configuration standards
  • Own outcomes related to sales and quote-to-cash velocity, ship-to-install efficiency, field inventory, billing accuracy, DSO, transaction costs, and cross-workstream dependency management
  • Establish a product backlog, metrics dashboard, decision/risk log, and operating cadence
  • Produce credible, data-backed executive reporting
  • Use clear written artifacts including specifications, one-pagers, dependency maps, and decision memos
  • Use LLMs for research, synthesis, drafting, and analysis
  • Define metrics and independently pull and interpret data in a modern BI tool

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or computer science; or equivalent combination of education/experience
  • 5+ years of product or program management experience
  • At least one initiative owning a cross-functional business-systems or revenue-operations transformation end-to-end, from problem definition through measurable business outcomes
  • 8+ years of total professional experience spanning product management, engineering, or related technical functions
  • Direct experience with Salesforce and/or a modern ERP platform such as Epicor, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or SAP
  • Ability to read a data model, understand integration points, and discuss scope and trade-offs with implementation partners or administrators
  • Experience managing multiple interdependent workstreams with different business owners and creating one prioritized roadmap
  • Ability to operate with senior stakeholders, present status and risk information, and make resourcing requests
  • Experience building product or program management discipline, including backlogs, ticketing systems, and metrics cadences
  • Quantitative fluency with funnel and conversion metrics, cycle time, DSO, and margin-adjacent metrics
  • Ability to build or interpret an instrumentation plan in a BI tool
  • Demonstrated use of AI and LLM tools in a product or program-management context
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 20%, primarily domestic, including to Blair, Nebraska and other Anova sites
