Job Description

Product Manager owning user-centered digital health products for Mae, a maternal-health platform. Driving discovery, delivery, adoption, and measurable outcomes across members, doulas, and operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Report to the Head of Product
  • Own and advance product areas impacting members, doulas, and internal operational teams
  • Define and maintain strategic roadmaps for assigned product areas
  • Conduct structured discovery and translate insights into problem statements, hypotheses, and user stories
  • Partner with internal business and customer-facing teams to understand workflows and identify pain points
  • Use quantitative and qualitative research data to evaluate impact, prioritize work, and iterate on solutions
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, UX Design, Data, and Engineering to scope, prioritize, and deliver initiatives
  • Support launch execution, rollout, adoption, communication, training, and feedback loops
  • Drive end-to-end product delivery from discovery through post-release optimization
  • Continuously refine processes, product experiences, and operational impact
  • Help shape how Mae scales across various markets

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of product management experience
  • Experience managing tech-enabled services in a highly regulated industry such as healthcare, education, or financial services
  • Digital health experience is a plus
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution using data, user insights, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Experience owning the full product development lifecycle from discovery and definition through execution, launch, and post-launch iteration
  • Experience framing problems, defining hypotheses, and synthesizing user insights, business needs, and operational goals into product decisions
  • Strong project management skills, including managing complex projects, timelines, dependencies, and multiple workstreams
  • Ability to rapidly develop subject-matter understanding through independent research and collaboration with internal experts
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation
  • Continuous improvement mindset and ability to improve product development workflows and implement process changes
  • Ability to take full ownership of assigned product areas and drive work forward independently
