Job Description
Product Owner translating client needs into digital products for Ingeno, which designs tailored digital solutions. Collaborating closely with clients and development teams in an Agile environment.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with our clients to gather, frame and define their needs;
- Assess the business value of an engagement and challenge the client's assumptions to guide the right decisions;
- Act as a credible point of contact for executives (C-level);
- Define the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and lead its delivery within time and budget constraints;
- Define and communicate the product roadmap;
- Ensure the development team shares a common vision of the product;
- Write user stories and validate them with stakeholders;
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog in an Agile manner;
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint review, demo, retrospective, etc.);
- Collaborate with product design teams to validate hypotheses and refine the product vision.
Requirements:
- A dynamic, passionate individual with strong collaboration and listening skills, able to translate needs into concrete solutions and to challenge client assumptions with confidence and credibility.
- You have at least five years of experience as a Product Manager (Product Owner) in an Agile environment (Scrum, Kanban or Lean), ideally gained in a studio, agency, or consultancy, where you delivered products from scratch for external clients.
- A PSPO, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification is an asset.
