Job Description
Product Manager managing online ordering and marketing tools for restaurants at HungerRush. Focused on connecting product areas to boost orders via actionable insights and improved experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Own the product roadmap across online ordering, restaurant marketing tools, and consumer insights, ensuring each area reinforces the others toward the goal of driving more orders
- Define and track the metrics that matter—order frequency, reorder rate, marketing campaign conversion, diner lifetime value—and use them to make and defend prioritization decisions
- Build and evolve the marketing tools restaurants use to reach their guests: email and SMS campaigns, automated re-engagement flows, promotions, and loyalty programs
- Develop the consumer insights layer that translates ordering behavior, campaign performance, and guest data into clear, actionable intelligence for restaurant operators
- Identify opportunities to connect signals across products—using ordering data to personalize marketing, and marketing results to improve the ordering experience
- Run continuous discovery: user interviews, operator feedback sessions, funnel analysis, and A/B experiments across all three product areas
- Translate insights and business goals into clear, well-scoped requirements that enable engineering to move fast without rework
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver solutions that operators can trust and diners actually love
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of product management experience owning a consumer-facing or growth-focused digital product with documented, measurable outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple related product areas simultaneously and articulate how they connect toward a shared goal
- Fluency with product and marketing analytics: funnel analysis, cohort data, campaign performance metrics, and A/B testing without needing a data analyst to guide you
- Strong written communication: clear PRDs, executive narratives, and requirement docs that cross-functional teams actually rely on
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity—able to build conviction from data and instinct and bring others along
Benefits:
- A culture that values innovation, experimentation, and collaboration.
- Opportunity to make a direct impact in a high-growth environment.
