Job Description
Product Manager responsible for managing strategy and execution of product lines at Archimedes. Collaborating across teams to generate insights and enhance product offerings in the PBM sector.
Responsibilities:
- Manage both existing products and new product development to drive differentiation in the PBM industry.
- Oversee execution of strategic programs and ensure alignment with Client Services and Sales growth plans.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance product performance, support strategic initiatives, and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.
- Analyze customer needs, market trends, and partnership opportunities using ROI and build vs. buy frameworks.
- Support annual planning and strategic planning for product development and drive accountability for performance goals.
- Assess competitive landscape and identify differentiation opportunities.
- Lead market research efforts to generate actionable insights.
- Evaluate product ideas and develop go-to-market strategies.
- Develop and maintain timelines for strategic product initiatives.
- Partner with Compliance and regulatory teams to ensure product readiness and approval.
- Develop a strong understanding of Archimedes products to expand offerings, refine positioning, and create effective messaging.
- Execute departmental initiatives aligned with corporate strategic priorities.
- Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance, people and culture, and learning programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
- 4 years product management, product development, or related experience required.
- Experience in the PBM, healthcare, health plan or pharmaceutical industry required.
