Job Description

Product Manager responsible for managing strategy and execution of product lines at Archimedes. Collaborating across teams to generate insights and enhance product offerings in the PBM sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage both existing products and new product development to drive differentiation in the PBM industry.
  • Oversee execution of strategic programs and ensure alignment with Client Services and Sales growth plans.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance product performance, support strategic initiatives, and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.
  • Analyze customer needs, market trends, and partnership opportunities using ROI and build vs. buy frameworks.
  • Support annual planning and strategic planning for product development and drive accountability for performance goals.
  • Assess competitive landscape and identify differentiation opportunities.
  • Lead market research efforts to generate actionable insights.
  • Evaluate product ideas and develop go-to-market strategies.
  • Develop and maintain timelines for strategic product initiatives.
  • Partner with Compliance and regulatory teams to ensure product readiness and approval.
  • Develop a strong understanding of Archimedes products to expand offerings, refine positioning, and create effective messaging.
  • Execute departmental initiatives aligned with corporate strategic priorities.
  • Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance, people and culture, and learning programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • 4 years product management, product development, or related experience required.
  • Experience in the PBM, healthcare, health plan or pharmaceutical industry required.
