Job Description
Product Manager leading technology projects for digital transformation at Itix. Managing stakeholder engagement and ensuring project delivery within quality and timeline.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end technology and/or digital transformation projects (planning, execution, monitoring and closure).
- Serve as the focal point with client stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business needs and the technical team's deliverables.
- Prepare and monitor schedules, scope, budget and project risk management.
- Lead status meetings, executive committees and management reporting, ensuring transparency and governance.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and meeting defined quality standards, following project management best practices.
- Manage scope changes, assessing impacts and supporting project governance.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration between technology and business areas.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager.
- Previous experience on projects with Vale S.A.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate with different organizational levels.
- Experience with project management methodologies:
- PMBOK / PMI
- Agile / Scrum
- Knowledge of project management tools such as Azure DevOps, MS Project, Jira or similar.
- Excellent communication, organizational skills and ability to manage multiple demands.
- Previous experience on projects with Vale S.A. or working in the mining sector.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
- Experience in corporate environments with strong governance and project management maturity.
