Job Description
Product Owner responsible for prioritizing demands and ensuring alignment between business and technology in the iGaming sector. Key role in agile ceremonies and managing product backlogs.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, organize, and prioritize the backlog for technical squads.
- Refine requirements in collaboration with business and technology stakeholders.
- Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and clear, measurable functional requirements.
- Ensure backlog priorities are aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
- Identify, map, and track dependencies between squads and other involved areas.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, including refinement sessions, planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Monitor delivery progress and act to mitigate risks that may impact deadlines or quality.
- Support technical teams in removing impediments related to the demands under your management.
- Ensure proper documentation of initiatives and developed features.
- Translate regulatory and operational requirements into actionable user stories and technical tasks.
- Support audit processes related to the products and systems under your responsibility.
- Ensure regulatory requirements are properly considered throughout the development cycle.
- Maintain documentation and records required for compliance and governance processes.
- Act as the primary point of contact between business areas, technology, and other stakeholders.
- Align expectations, priorities, and timelines for initiatives.
- Clearly communicate delivery status, risks, and identified dependencies.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Product Owner in technical teams.
- Experience with back-office systems, operational platforms, or complex digital products.
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, especially Scrum and Kanban.
- Experience in backlog management and prioritization.
- Ability to create user stories and define acceptance criteria.
- Comfortable interpreting technical documentation and collaborating with development teams.
- Excellent communication, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple demands.
