Job Description
Product Recruiter executing end-to-end recruitment strategy for BOLD during critical growth period. Responsible for attracting and managing candidates in specialized roles.
Responsibilities:
- Own the delivery of qualified talent for specialized "Zero to One" Senior PM and Ecommerce PM roles and Business roles as needed.
- Independently manage the candidate lifecycle from initial outreach to final negotiation, ensuring all milestones are met within the project timeline.
- Utilize your existing expertise in ATS, AI-Sourcing, and CRM experience to provide data-driven insights and ensure all project documentation is maintained within our systems.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external talent, providing high-touch engagement and maintaining "warm" pipelines for specialized roles.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of specialized experience in full-cycle technical/product recruitment as an independent consultant or agency partner.
- Experience using ATS, AI-Sourcing software, and tracking metrics
- This role is intended for a contractor who operates their own business entity, maintains their own equipment/home office, and has the capacity to manage project deliverables with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to meet strict SLAs (Time-to-Fill and Quality-of-Hire) in a fast-paced environment.
