Job Description

Football Product Success Manager guiding Division I football programs in maximizing Teamworks platform value. Driving adoption, managing relationships, and ensuring successful product usage.

Responsibilities:

  • Own relationships, value delivery, and renewals across football customer base
  • Lead seamless implementations that set programs up for success
  • Drive pipeline generation and product expansion by identifying cross-sell opportunities
  • Master product functionality and deliver engaging training for football staffs
  • Serve as the Teamworks Hub expert with deep knowledge of complementary products
  • Provide proactive account leadership aligned to the football calendar
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to share customer insights

Requirements:

  • College football operations professional
  • Highly personable and well-connected in the football community
  • Consultative mindset with confidence to advise programs
  • Hands-on experience with Teamworks Hub as a power user
  • Experience in account management, customer success, or SaaS environments (nice-to-have)
  • Track record identifying expansion opportunities and driving revenue growth (nice-to-have)
