Job Description
Program and Training Coordinator at Tuesday Health supporting doctors and caregivers' training. Focused on ensuring compliance and improving staff educational programs through management and mentorship.
Responsibilities:
- Support the onboarding and training of clinical and engagement staff
- Coordinate and deliver comprehensive training programs
- Manage the onboarding process for new clinical and engagement staff
- Schedule trainings with subject matter experts (SMEs)
- Develop and implement training materials, guides, and resources
- Ensure compliance with clinical training standards and accreditation requirements
- Track and monitor staff training progress
- Facilitate orientation sessions and hands-on clinical training
- Collaborate with leadership and SMEs to improve training programs
- Maintain accurate training documentation and records
- Provide support and mentorship to new hires and existing staff
- Stay updated on clinical best practices, regulations, and training methodologies
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in clinical training, onboarding, or nursing education
- Registered Nurse (RN) license preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) or a related field (master’s preferred)
- Strong ability to coordinate training programs and collaborate with subject matter experts
- Excellent organizational and project management skills to ensure smooth training execution
- Experience developing training materials, curriculum, and competency assessments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with new hires, trainers, and leadership teams
- Ability to track and analyze training effectiveness, making recommendations for improvements
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and training documentation tools
- Passion for staff development, mentorship, and fostering a strong learning culture
