Job Description
Program Associate supporting mobilization campaigns for Generation, a nonprofit focused on economic mobility. Responsibilities include executing campaigns, screening applicants, and supporting data tagging activities.
Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of the mobilization campaigns
- Support the applicant screening and selection process
- Provide support for data tagging activities
- Support the Mobilization Coordinator in preparing written materials
- Provide partner-support inputs by sharing relevant data
Requirements:
- Between 1 to 3 years of experience supporting program operations, preferably in a nonprofit, start-up, or social enterprise environment
- Strong communication skills.
- Demonstrated fluency with Spanish and English speaking and writing skills
- Experience developing program procedures and resources, with keen attention to detail
- Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset to deliver against targets and seek opportunities for improvement and growth
- Results-driven and able to quantify success by developing metrics/analytics
- Ability to operate independently while also being a team player
- Belief in Generation’s mission, preferably with experience working with disadvantaged communities
- Demonstrated commitment to equity and social impact work
