Job Description
Program Lead coordinating logistics and improvement of high complexity learning programs for DaVita's leadership development. Responsible for planning, execution, and analysis of curriculum effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Own logistical coordination for delivery of high complexity learning programs
- Determine and execute planning, scheduling, enrollments, logistics, communications, coordination of learning
- Analyze performance metrics and analytics related to the curriculums managed
- Identify, prioritize and design solutions for curriculum improvements
- Manage budgeting, booking, material preparation, and expenses for live learning events
- Manage technology setup and delivery for virtual events
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalency required
- 1+ years of experience in analytics role required
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
