Job Description

Operations Executive supporting residential interior fit-out projects and coordinating with internal teams for smooth execution. Ensuring positive customer experience and adherence to design standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a point of contact for customers during the project execution phase, under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Assist in reviewing design drawings and BOQ, and help explain project scope to customers.
  • Support in receiving and verifying materials from the warehouse as per order/BOQ.
  • Coordinate daily with internal teams (Design, Production, Logistics, Installation) to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Share regular updates/progress reports with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Work closely with installation teams to ensure work is carried out as per design and quality standards.
  • Assist in tracking project timelines and ensure timely execution of activities.
  • Address basic customer queries and escalate issues to senior team members when required.
  • Maintain proper documentation and follow-up on pending tasks.
  • Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards at the site.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Interior Design, or Civil Engineering
  • 1–3 years of experience in interiors, construction, or project coordination (freshers with strong interest can also be considered)
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
  • Understanding of basic project coordination / scheduling concepts
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn
  • Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude.
