Job Description
Lead, Executive Operations focusing on building simple structures for the CEO and leadership team. Coordinating across functions to improve clarity and reduce friction in high-priority work.
Responsibilities:
- Establish simple operating structures (cadences, tracking, follow-ups) to keep work moving
- Translate leadership priorities into clear, executable plans
- Coordinate across teams to ensure alignment and progress
- Identify gaps, bottlenecks, and execution risks, and resolve them early
- Support hiring coordination and key operational workstreams when needed
- Build lightweight playbooks and ways of working to improve consistency
- Track progress and surface clear updates to leadership
- Continuously improve how executive-level work is managed and executed
Requirements:
- Experience in operations, consulting, startups, or executive-facing roles
- Experience supporting or working closely with senior executives
- Experience building processes in early-stage or scaling environments
- Strong ability to structure problems and drive execution independently
- Clear communication and ability to work across different teams
- Good judgment in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
