Job Description

Remote Client Operations Associate role at Blyss Journeys, responsible for client requests and documentation in a flexible scheduling environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and process incoming client requests with accuracy
  • Organize reservation components, including accommodations and transportation
  • Confirm service details and ensure all arrangements are complete
  • Communicate timely updates and respond to client inquiries
