Job Description
Remote Client Operations Associate role at Blyss Journeys, responsible for client requests and documentation in a flexible scheduling environment.
Responsibilities:
- Review and process incoming client requests with accuracy
- Organize reservation components, including accommodations and transportation
- Confirm service details and ensure all arrangements are complete
- Communicate timely updates and respond to client inquiries
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation across all requests
- Monitor timelines to ensure all services are delivered as scheduled
Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable using online systems and digital communication tools
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
