Job Description
Program Manager responsible for leading Observability implementation projects at New Relic. Ensuring customer success through project delivery excellence and stakeholder communication.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and finalize highly technical Observability implementation projects according to strict deadlines and within budget
- Define clear project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with sales and technical teams
- Act as the primary communication bridge for all project stakeholders
- Coordinate internal and external technical resources to ensure effective resource allocation and task execution
- Oversee the commercial aspects of the project
Requirements:
- minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the IT services or enterprise software industry
- experience within the Observability, APM, or related Cloud Infrastructure/DevOps market is highly desirable
- a recognized project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is preferred
- strong technical awareness to comprehend implementation complexity, integration challenges, and deployment methodologies
- ability to effectively translate high-level business requirements into detailed, actionable project plans
