Job Description
Senior Program Manager leading enterprise IT programs across infrastructure, cybersecurity, and workplace technology at WME. Building PMO practices and driving measurable technology delivery improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate complex technology programs across Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Workplace Technology, and enterprise platforms
- Manage infrastructure upgrades, cloud migrations, identity and access management improvements, collaboration platform deployments, and operational technology improvements
- Translate technology priorities into structured programs with milestones, workstreams, timelines, and success metrics
- Coordinate execution across engineering teams, operations teams, and business stakeholders
- Identify dependencies and resolve scope, priority, and resource conflicts
- Drive program planning, roadmap development, milestone tracking, and delivery reviews
- Build and mature the IT Program Management Office (PMO)
- Develop project management frameworks, delivery standards, and operational processes
- Provide visibility into active programs, dependencies, resource demands, progress, trade-offs, and risks
- Lead enterprise technology initiatives including infrastructure upgrades, platform implementations, office technology deployments, and operational improvements
- Provide program updates and reporting to technology leadership and executive stakeholders
- Facilitate program reviews, steering committees, and decision forums
- Manage vendors, implementation partners, and external service providers
- Support vendor evaluation and engagement
- Track project budgets, control costs, and report financial performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on infrastructure and enterprise technology projects
- Experience performing business analysis activities, including requirements gathering and documentation
- Proven ability to manage multiple IT projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of IT systems, networking, cloud platforms, and enterprise application deployments
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet)
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience helping establish or mature a technology PMO
- Experience managing network infrastructure upgrades, office relocations, cloud migrations, and data circuit installations
- Familiarity with Active Directory, collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365), and enterprise applications
- Knowledge of IT security and compliance best practices
- Familiarity with leading cloud platforms and governance frameworks
