Job Description

Program Support Specialist providing Help Desk support and administrative assistance for CPRIT’s scientific peer review process. Managing applications, facilitating meetings, and ensuring compliance with guidelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Help Desk support for the three CPRIT programs
  • Provide support for peer review meetings
  • Perform administrative review of applications
  • Participate in various phases of set-up for each program
  • Complete ad hoc administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 0+ years of experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat
  • Written and oral communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills: Being flexible, adaptable, cooperative, and supportive of team members
