Job Description

Remote Customer Service Representative supporting US-based customers in a fast-paced environment. Requires strong English skills and prior BPO or call center experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Support growing US-based customer support operations
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions
  • Work in a fast-paced support environment
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries

Requirements:

  • Previous US BPO / call center experience
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Experience handling inbound and/or outbound customer interactions
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently across multiple systems
  • Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working in structured remote environments
