Job Description
Remote Customer Service Representative handling inquiries for US clients. Seeking bilingual professionals with previous BPO experience to support fast-paced operations.
Responsibilities:
- Support growing US-based customer support operations
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer inquiries and technical issues
- Maintain accurate customer records in the company's systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues
Requirements:
- Previous US BPO / call center experience
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience handling inbound and/or outbound customer interactions
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently across multiple systems
- Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working in structured remote environments
