Job Description

Remote Customer Service Representative handling inquiries for US clients. Seeking bilingual professionals with previous BPO experience to support fast-paced operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Support growing US-based customer support operations
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer inquiries and technical issues
  • Maintain accurate customer records in the company's systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues

Requirements:

  • Previous US BPO / call center experience
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Experience handling inbound and/or outbound customer interactions
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently across multiple systems
  • Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working in structured remote environments
