Job Description
Project Coordinator supporting low-voltage physical security projects for New Era Technology, a global technology solutions provider. Coordinating work orders, schedules, vendors, documentation, billing, SLAs, and customer updates.
Responsibilities:
- Support project management activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
- Plan and schedule project work orders based on priorities and resource availability
- Coordinate with vendors, onsite contacts, other trades, and cross-functional teams
- Review work orders and ensure all necessary information is available
- Track and close out work order tickets and maintain accurate documentation
- Submit completed work orders for billing
- Monitor work order performance, response-time targets, and service quality
- Communicate with customers and provide status updates and requested deliverables
- Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, quality standards, and operational procedures
- Provide guidance and support to team members
- Ensure deliverable checklists are followed and validate task completion
- Review submitted work for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to guidelines
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic computer skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic familiarity with project management tools
- 1–2 years of Project Coordination experience required
- Experience coordinating projects involving low voltage preferred
- Ability to plan, schedule, and monitor work orders and tasks
- Knowledge of operations management principles and best practices
- Familiarity with project management frameworks and standards
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and process improvement techniques
- Risk management and mitigation strategies
- Up to 5% travel
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future
- Full-time availability, 40 hours per week, plus overtime as needed
