Job Description

Project Coordinator managing physical security work orders for New Era Technology, a global end-to-end technology solutions provider. Coordinating schedules, vendors, documentation, SLAs, billing, and customer updates.

Responsibilities:

  • Support project management activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Plan and schedule project work orders based on priorities and resource availability
  • Coordinate with vendors, onsite contacts, other trades, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders
  • Review work orders and ensure required information is available
  • Track and close out work order tickets and maintain accurate documentation
  • Submit completed work orders for billing
  • Monitor work-order performance, response-time targets, and service quality
  • Communicate proactively with customers and provide status updates and requested deliverables
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, quality standards, and operational procedures
  • Guide and support team members executing work orders
  • Follow and validate deliverable checklists
  • Review submitted work for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to guidelines
  • Identify bottlenecks, manage risks, resolve problems, and support continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Basic computer skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Basic familiarity with project management tools
  • 1–2 years of Project Coordination experience required
  • Associate’s degree preferred
  • Physical Security project coordination experience preferred, including door access, surveillance cameras, and intrusion alarms
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future
  • Ability to work full time, 40 hours per week, plus overtime as needed
  • Ability to travel up to 5%
