Job Description
Project Coordinator for CloudFactory, managing early-stage AI projects from coordination to production. Collaborating with teams to ensure project success and smooth transitions.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate pilot and early-stage projects from concept through production launch
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and action items to keep projects on schedule
- Maintain project documentation, trackers, and operational workflows
- Support solution setup, testing, and validation activities
- Analyze project data and workflows to support implementation decisions
- Coordinate communication across Product, Solutions, Delivery, and Operations teams
- Prepare project updates, meeting notes, and status reports
- Track risks or blockers and escalate issues when needed
- Support quality checks and operational reviews
- Document processes, lessons learned, and improvement opportunities**
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Technology, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, operations, consulting support, or similar roles
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort working with spreadsheets, project tracking tools, or data analysis
- Curiosity about technology, AI, and emerging solutions
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Nice to Have:
- Background or experience in healthcare, medical, or health-related environments
- Exposure to AI, machine learning, or data-driven projects
- Experience supporting client-facing projects or consulting engagements
- Familiarity with project management tools
