Job Description

Project Manager overseeing infrastructure projects for high-profile live events and broadcasts. Coordinating logistics, resources, and ensuring operational delivery with CES Power.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project management for live events, broadcasts, and temporary infrastructure deployments.
  • Plan and coordinate power generation, networking, and related technical services for event-based projects.
  • Become the face of CES Power with the primary client, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines and staffing requirements for each job you undertake.
  • Plan for equipment delivery, setup, testing, live operation, and decommissioning.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, permitting requirements, and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage on-site execution during live events, including real-time issue resolution.
  • Identify project risks and develop contingency plans for critical systems.
  • Manage scope changes and change order at the request of the client alongside the Operations Manager.

Requirements:

  • Experience managing live events, broadcasts, or time-critical infrastructure projects.
  • Ability to deliver complex temporary infrastructure solutions.
  • Experience coordinating field teams, vendors, and subcontractors.
  • Strong understanding of safety, risk management, and compliance.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and changing priorities.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and standard business software.
  • Project management certification is a plus, not required.
