Job Description
Manage multiple complex projects with high risks for Franciscan Health. Oversee planning, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication.
Responsibilities:
- Manages multiple complex projects that have a high risk with multiple dependencies.
- Planning, scheduling, risk management, cost control, document management, and other detailed technical tasks on key projects as needed.
- Works with managers to ensure project resources are assigned to project work for project duration.
- Creates and communicates a comprehensive and clear project status to stakeholders and leaders.
- Takes the lead to resolve project issues and discrepancies arising from within various departments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years Relevant work experience in Project Management
- 5 years Experience with Vendors
- 5 years Healthcare Industry experience
- 9 years Relevant work experience in Project Management in lieu of Bachelor's Degree
- Project Management Professional (PMP) - Project Management Institute within 1-1/2 years
