Job Description
Gerente de Projetos & Produtos na Global Tech Holding, responsável por liderar o planejamento e execução de projetos estratégicos com foco em soluções digitais.
Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate the product vision
- Manage backlog and roadmap with feature prioritization
- Plan and execute projects
- Manage stakeholders and align with clients
- Lead the team
- Monitor progress and quality
- Define acceptance criteria
- Manage risks and contingencies
- Conduct data-driven analysis and continuous improvement
- Documentation and reporting
Requirements:
- Experience in project management and digital product development
- Certifications in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management (PMP)
- Proficiency with project and backlog management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and others
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, results-oriented and customer-focused
- Ability to adapt in dynamic, fast-changing environments
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make quick, data-driven decisions
- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Marketing, or related fields
- Familiarity with Atlassian Jira, technical background, and proven experience
