Job Description
Project Manager overseeing RPA and AI project delivery for global clients. Managing cross-functional teams and ensuring successful project execution within PMO standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete project lifecycle from initiation through closure
- Prepare project plans, schedules, milestones, and delivery roadmaps
- Define project scope, timelines, resource requirements, and deliverables
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and agreed quality standards
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers during project execution
- Prepare Weekly Status Reports, Executive Dashboards, and Project Health Reports
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of IT Project Management experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- PMP, PRINCE2 certifications preferred
- Experience managing software implementation, digital transformation, RPA, AI, or automation projects
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
- Experience with one or more RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Microsoft Power Automate)
- Tools experience using Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, ClickUp, Monday.com, Trello, Asana
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint
