Job Description
Tutor:in für Automatisierung und Robotik bei Werkskolleg, einem Anbieter beruflicher Weiterbildung. Betreuung von Lernenden in Remote-Tutorien mit Siemens-, Robotik- und Industrie-4.0-Themen.
Responsibilities:
- Apply specialist and methodological knowledge in automation using TIA Portal, S7, and Factory I/O, as well as in robotics using KUKA.Sim
- Independently conduct tutoring sessions
- Provide targeted assistance with assignments and additional resources
- Identify participants’ knowledge gaps and address them through individual tutoring sessions
- Contribute to the development of learning content
- Mediate and resolve conflicts between participants
Requirements:
- Availability five afternoons per week, Monday to Friday, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Currently studying electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, automation engineering, mechatronics, industrial engineering, or a related field; alternatively, excellent knowledge of Industry 4.0
- Good German language skills, at least B2 level
- Knowledge of the automation pyramid, IIoT, PLCs, actuators and sensors, Raspberry Pi, and/or industrial communication protocols and fieldbus systems is desirable
- Ideally, experience with cyber-physical systems, robotics, AR/VR, and digital twins
- Fast, pragmatic, and results-oriented approach to work
- Enthusiasm for designing a remote learning experience and explaining complex topics clearly to others
