Job Description

Honeywell OT Cybersecurity sales lead driving $9–12M quotas across Houston and the Western United States. Designing tailored security solutions and growing industrial-sector client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve or exceed an annual quota of $9–12 million
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the OT Cybersecurity market
  • Expand the client base through prospecting, industry contacts, and market intelligence
  • Cultivate long-term client relationships across Energy, Power, Life Sciences, and Minerals and Mining industries
  • Understand clients’ OT environments and Cybersecurity challenges and act as a trusted advisor
  • Collaborate with engineers and product development teams to design customized Cyber OT security solutions
  • Monitor OT Cybersecurity trends, threats, regulatory requirements, products, and competitive landscape
  • Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and presentations for prospective clients
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics for management
  • Analyze sales data and implement improvements to optimize sales performance
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in OT Cybersecurity sales or a related field
  • Proven track record selling complex security solutions
  • History of consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas, particularly in OT Cybersecurity
  • Understanding of Cybersecurity products and solutions for Operational Technology environments
  • Knowledge of network security, incident response, and risk management solutions
  • Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Customer-oriented attitude and ability to foster sales-driving relationships
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a technical discipline is preferred
