Job Description
Process Automation & AI Manager optimizing business and IT processes for VRG, a German software and data-center provider. Driving automation, AI adoption, dashboards, and digitalization projects.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business and IT processes and identify opportunities for optimization
- Identify repetitive tasks and develop automation solutions
- Select, implement, and integrate AI solutions into workflows
- Monitor the market and evaluate innovative AI technologies and tools
- Further develop standards and processes and establish sustainable improvements
- Develop KPIs, dashboards, and cost-effectiveness analyses
- Manage cross-functional digitalization projects
- Collaborate with management, team leaders, and specialist departments
Requirements:
- Solid IT knowledge
- Ideally, knowledge of software development, scripting, and interfaces
- Practical experience with AI tools, automation solutions, and digital technologies
- Experience analyzing, evaluating, and optimizing business and IT processes
- Knowledge of process management
- Ideally, knowledge of ITIL, ITSM, or Lean Management
- Structured and analytical approach to work
- Strong communication skills
- Initiative and enthusiasm for exploring new approaches
- Understanding of business relationships and the ability to evaluate the value of initiatives using KPIs
- Several years of relevant professional experience are indicated by the phrase “with professional experience”; no specific minimum duration is stated
