Job Description
Senior Recruiting Consultant placing expert and executive talent for deep-tech startups and scale-ups. Managing candidate relationships, search mandates, and an independent client portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Work on search mandates for deep tech clients
- Serve as the single point of contact for candidates
- Grow an own portfolio of clients
- Recruit experts and executives for Swiss, European, and US startups and scale-ups
Requirements:
- Experience searching for, finding, and placing experts and executives for high-growth technology companies
- Experience attending and possibly organizing relevant community events
- Experience working in an international, decentralized team
- Academic background
- Entrepreneurial experience
- Ability and willingness to work autonomously with little guidance
- B2B setup
- Experience in recruitment and selection for deep tech, AI, robotics, Web3, or related technology companies
